Wenngren has conceived an entirely new way to connect to a tree using AmSteel and an integrated carbon fiber toggle. When rigging your suspension system, the tree hugger connects to your tree or support and then allows you to create a stop anywhere along the tree hugger line with a marlin-spike hitch and a toggle. Many systems require you use a stick you found on the ground, and separate aluminum toggle, or a carabiner. But with Venngren’s integrated carbon fiber toggle, you simply quickly tie your marlinspike hitch and insert the carbon fiber toggle to create a stop for you whoopie sling. The carbon fiber toggle is easily removed for re-adjustment or once you’re done with your hang.
